Book your day
After choosing your wedding or elopement package, I’ll send over a contract, invoice and questionnaire.
To reserve your date, a retainer is required, with the remaining balance due one month before your wedding. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially secured, and we’re all set to make your day unforgettable.

Let's meet
I want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
This isn’t a high-pressure sales call; it’s a casual chat over video or coffee, just getting to know each other. I want to hear your love story, how you picture your day, and what matters most to you.
If we vibe well, I’ll send over my pricing packages, and you can decide if it feels right.
BOOK YOUR DAY!
If your wedding is outside Fort McMurray, just include the location on your contact form. I’ll factor any required travel into the custom pricing I send over, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the beginning; no surprise travel costs later.
For destination weddings or locations that require flights, accommodations, or a rental car, those details will be included in your proposal as needed.
Is travel included?
A little something to hold you over first... you’ll receive a sneak peek within 24-72 hours of your wedding day, depending on travel.
Your complete gallery will be delivered within 3-5 months, with timing varying slightly during peak wedding season or heavier travel periods. Either way, you’ll know what to expect and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
When will my images be completed?
A second photographer allows us to capture more of your day as it naturally unfolds, especially when different moments are happening at the same time.
It also adds more variety to your final gallery through different perspectives, angles, and lenses throughout the day. While I may be focused on one moment, they can be capturing another entirely.
For larger weddings or fuller timelines, having that extra coverage gives your gallery more depth and helps tell the story of the day from more than one point of view.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Joy as our wedding photographer! From the very beginning, she felt more like a friend than someone we had hired to capture our special day. She has such a warm and genuine personality and made us feel so comfortable and at ease in front of the camera.
